Maurice
Velasquez is a corporate trainer, a people developer, with a
passion to help teams and individuals thrive and succeed.
His philosophy is that to
increase sales and grow businesses requires great leaders and great team
cultures where individuals and teams are motivated to
succeed, work well together and where professional relationships are nourished.

His workshops are interactive, engaging and his coaching
style is personable and practical. He has trained thousands
of managers and staff for clients such as Bank One,
Hibernia, Exxon, Entergy, Renal Associates. He has done
keynote talks for IFMA (Int. Facility Management Association
of BR), EWA (the Executive Women
International Baton Rouge), the Women's Council, and
currently implementing a training program for Catholic
Charities Diocese of Baton Rouge, PCS Nitrogen in Geismar,
and BASF The Chemical Company in Geismar, Louisiana.

90's, Maurice launched his first computer training company,
now President of Real World, LLC and a
consultant with
Wolf
Creek Business Growth Institute. A client at
a recent workshop described a common experience from his
