Our
6-Step Process
1)
Initial Consultation
– we help you define the goals for your meeting and
identify the approach that best matches the purpose of
the meeting with the “personality” of your team.
2)
Game Plan
– we design a Game Plan based on the Initial
Consultation describing each step of the process, all
deliverables, and any pre-work.
3)
Pre-work
– This may include distributing articles to your
attendees, conducting interviews with them, tabulating
questionnaire results and personality profiles.
4)
The Meeting/Retreat
– This is where we facilitate the Meeting, or Retreat,
to help create an environment of communication,
dialogue, consensus and progress.
5)
Post Meeting
– After the meeting, we generate and review with you a
complete report from the meeting outlining all
actions, tasks and expectations.
6)
Follow Through
– We help you identify the “next steps” for the team
and/or individual members. This may include individual
coaching, project management, leadership development.
